This is a chunky guacamole suitable for using as a condiment for Mexican foods. If you prefer a spreadable guacamole, one you can use as a dip, place all ingredients in a food processor and puree.
2 fresh, ripe Florida avocodos or 4 hass, large dice
3 T lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. tomato, medium dice
1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves
Hot Sauce, to taste (optional)
Combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
