Rosemary Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

2 T lemon juice

1 T fresh rosemary leaves

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt & Pepper to taste

1/2 tsp. raw honey

1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced

1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Whisk together all ingredients but the oil.  When combined, whisk in oil to emulsify.
