Ingredients:
6 Pita
2 cloves garlic
1 stick of butter
2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Method:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a food processor, blend garlic and butter. Spread over pitas. Top with parmesan cheese and cut into 1/8s. Place wedges on a sheet pan and bake until cheese is melted and golden, 10 to 12 min.
