I served this with Greek Beef Stew, Spanakopita, and Baklava. Yum!
Ingredients:
1 lb. orzo
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. extra virgin oil
1 tsp. dried mint or 1 T fresh mint, chiffonade
Method:
Cook orzo according to package directions and toss in all ingredients.
